Harlan E. Judd & Associates, PSC traces it lineage to Harlan E. Judd, Sr.  Harlan Judd, Sr. was admitted to practice in Kentucky in the 1930s.  Harlan Judd, Sr. began the practice of law in Burkesville, Kentucky and remained there until his death in 1989.  Harlan Judd, Sr. served several years as Cumberland County Attorney and as City Attorney for Burkesville.

Harlan E. "Lanny" Judd, Jr. was admitted to the practice of law in Kentucky in 1968.  Like his father, Harlan Judd, Sr., he opened an office in Burkesville, Kentucky 1971 with Harlan E. Judd, Sr.  Lanny would later be elected Cumberland County Attorney from 1973 until 1998.  Today, Lanny continues to serve as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for Cumberland, Clinton and Monroe Counties.

Harlan E. "Kin" Judd, III began practicing law in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2000.  At that time, he joined the firm of Bishop, McCracken and Potter, PSC.  Thereafter, he joined Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs, LLP.  During his tenure with both of the aforementioned, Kin learned the "Art of Advocacy" from some of Kentucky's finest attorneys.  Like his grandfather and father, Kin provides service oriented legal services while producing results.  A veteran of many jury trials, Kin now operates his own firm.
